I contacted Red Umbrella Roofing for a roof replacement and my appointment was scheduled in a matter of days. Not only were they speedy to get my roof job completed, but they were also extremely responsive. The crew cleaned up everything at the end of the day. The office communicated that there was a small sliver of roofing left to complete on one of my eaves (rather than leaving me hanging as to why some materials were left at the site overnight) I did not find one nail or debris left after the completion of the job. Top notch in my opinion. Between the customer service, the response time, and the job itself, I’ll certainly give them a call for any roofing, gutter, or siding needs.

I had a need for a simple repair of my roof after a bad storm and one of their representatives noticed it and alerted me to it. I would have never noticed and the long-term destruction would have been extensive, but they caught it and did all of the leg work for me. They were on time and did the job in a couple of days as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were mindful to work hours. Their vehicles and uniforms indicated they were professional, which was apparent throughout the process. There are a lot of roofers out there, and I’m sure most are equally professional at first glance, but these folks are the real deal and I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors and friends. I don’t waste time writing reviews unless a company did a bad job or if they did a fantastic job and deserve praise and continued support.
